Two-way write-back is live: appointments, patient create/lookup, insurance results, and recall lists. Cloud and on-prem via eConnector.
Dentrix
Native Dentrix write-back is not generally available. Practices book to Google Calendar or a confirmation queue unless a custom path is scoped.
Eaglesoft
Native Eaglesoft read/write is not generally available. Voice, chat, and eligibility work independently of Eaglesoft.
Dentrix Ascend
No generally available native integration. Custom work only if scoped.
Denticon
No generally available native integration. Custom work only if scoped.
Curve Dental
No generally available native write-back. Do not assume Curve bookings land in the PMS.
Carestream / SoftDent

Using a different PMS?
If your practice runs on a proprietary or less-common PMS, our integration team will scope a custom build. Most custom integrations take 2–6 weeks. Tell us what you use, and we'll come back within 48 hours with a roadmap.

Aria works with your existing phone infrastructure — VoIP, SIP, or traditional carrier. No number porting required. We route calls to Aria first; transfers to your team happen seamlessly when patient needs require human handoff.
Calendar
Google Calendar
Two-way Google Calendar booking is live. This is calendar sync — not native PMS write-back. Use it when Open Dental is not connected, or as a fallback.
Other calendars
Other calendar systems are scoped per account. Do not assume Outlook, Apple Calendar, or a PMS schedule is live unless we confirm it for your practice.
